Cost is often one of the first questions people ask before starting therapy. Whether you are living abroad, balancing a packed schedule, or based somewhere with limited access to mental health care, it helps to know exactly what you are paying for before you begin.
We use fixed, transparent rates so you always know what to expect. You only pay for the sessions you book, with no subscriptions or long-term commitments.
Our rates for online therapy sessions
For individual sessions, we set aside forty-five minutes. The cost is €95 per session. If a longer or shorter session suits you better, we can adjust the format in consultation with you.
If you are looking for relationship therapy with a partner present, we set aside sixty minutes per session. This costs €126.67.
Here is what you can expect when you work with us:
- No waiting list, with appointments available right away
- Highly experienced therapists
- Secure video calling for every session
- Appointments available 24/7
- Payment per session, with no subscriptions
- A free introductory session to help you get started

How payment for online therapy works
You pay per session, not in advance. After each appointment, you receive an invoice. There is no obligation to book a fixed number of sessions each month. Instead, you decide how often you meet with your therapist, which means you also control your monthly cost.
Since there is no subscription involved, you can stop at any time.
Can you get reimbursed for online therapy?
If you live abroad or have international health insurance, you may be able to claim some or all of your session costs and get reimbursed. Travel insurance and expat insurance policies sometimes cover online therapy too, so it is worth checking the details of your policy.
We do not hold contracts with health insurers. This is what allows us to operate without a waiting list, work without sharing your data with third parties, and see you without a referral from your doctor.
Keep in mind that the absence of insurer contracts does not necessarily mean higher overall costs. Many public healthcare systems require you to pay a deductible before treatment is covered, and this amount can be similar to the cost of several online therapy sessions. If you only need a handful of sessions, online therapy may end up costing less overall.

Get a clear estimate for the cost of online therapy from the start
Before your treatment begins, your therapist works with you to estimate roughly how many sessions you may need, based on your situation and goals. This upfront estimation gives you a realistic idea of the total cost of online therapy from the outset, even though the actual number of sessions may vary slightly along the way.
Knowing what to expect financially can make it easier to take the first step toward feeling better. That way, you can focus on what really matters: your mental health.
Our therapists are available 24/7 and offer online therapy appointments to expats living and working abroad, busy professionals with limited time, and people based in remote areas with little access to local care. Wherever you are, our team of expert therapists are available to meet you there. Schedule your free intake session today.
