About Janna
Janna earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the Free University of Amsterdam. She is currently part of our team as an application coordinator at Global Online Therapy and works from the Netherlands.
When you apply for online therapy, Janna and the rest of the application team make sure you are matched with the therapist who best suits your needs. During the introduction call, she will ask you a few questions to understand what you’re struggling with and where you would like support. Of course, you’ll also have every opportunity to ask her any questions you may still have.
In addition to the application interviews, Janna also manages her inbox with care and ensures you always receive a quick response.
