About Henriette

With more than 35 years of experience in sex therapy and couples therapy, Henriette is a true specialist in her field. In 2023 she moved to Portugal, where she enjoys a happy marriage. She has three children and is a proud grandmother of two.

Inspired by the works of Esther Perel and David Schnarch, she takes a holistic perspective that she combines with a warm and empathetic approach.

Together with her clients, she explores patterns that influence their lives, both past and present, and works with them to find solutions that truly fit.

Henriette is passionate and creative, and she also immerses herself in meditation, body-oriented therapies, and religion.

Treatment methods: Systemic therapy, Barrel of Self-Esteem, Plissit model (sex therapy) and IPT.
