About Jim
Jim works with young adults and adults who feel stuck, whether it’s from stress, difficult life events, loss, or trouble in their relationships. He believes real change starts with being open and letting yourself be vulnerable. He looks beyond the surface to understand what’s really going on and how certain patterns keep showing up in your connections with others.
He draws on several proven approaches, including ACT, EMDR, EFT, and cognitive behavioral therapy. He also brings the body into the conversation, recognizing that how you feel physically and mentally are deeply linked.
Jim has lived through grief himself and has worked across different settings, primary mental health care, addiction treatment, and sports psychology. He’s based in the Netherlands and sees clients online in English or Dutch. His approach is grounded, caring, and built around helping you grow stronger and more connected.
