About Mandy
Mandy has extensive experience supporting adults with a broad range of psychological difficulties. She works with clients facing neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and autism spectrum disorder (ASD), as well as depression, stress-related complaints, burnout, trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, and grief. Mandy provides therapy in both Dutch and English.
Her therapy style is primarily focused on cognitive behavioral therapy, complemented by a variety of evidence-based and solution-focused approaches. She draws on methods such as EMDR, mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and schema therapy to tailor treatment to each client’s needs.
Mandy takes a practical and compassionate approach, focusing on helping clients develop insight, resilience, and effective coping strategies. She aims to create a supportive and structured environment in which clients can work toward meaningful and lasting change.
