About Sarah
Sarah is a therapist with a broad international background and interest. She is currently based in Spain and speaks English, Dutch and Spanish.
Sarah works with CBT and integrates elements from ACT, schema therapy, and systemic therapy. She encourages you to build on your own strengths and explores with you how to take concrete steps and achieve your goals.
She has extensive experience in cross-cultural psychology. For over 10 years she lived and worked in different countries, mainly in Asia and Latin America, both within development projects and as a therapist with Médecins du Monde.
In the Netherlands, Sarah was director of Stichting de Zorgambassade and co-founded Oncode Institute with a small team. Her goal has always been to create social impact and systemic change, at both the macro and micro level.
